SUPPORT STRUCTURE
The tower pipes shall consist of circular cross-section steel pipes, manufactured to the tolerance, dimension, and cross-section range specified in the standard, minimum Ø 114 mm in diameter and minimum 2.50 mm wall thickness, cold-formed and high-frequency welded; the sandblasting and painting process shall be carried out according to the Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Oven Painting features specified in Article 9 of this specification.
The sandblasting and painting of the tower pipes shall be performed in compliance with the Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Oven Painting features specified in Article 9 of this specification.
Tower Pipes shall be single-piece and flawless. Pipes with seam marks on the surface shall not be used in production. The length of the pipes shall not be extended by joining, welding, or similar processes.
The open top ends of the tower pipes shall be closed with plastic plugs, shaped by injection molding, with a wall thickness of 4-6 mm, in a hemispherical form detailed to prevent rusting caused by water and moisture.
Fastening elements (bolts, washers, and nuts) used in the play area and play elements must be alkaline or galvanized coated for corrosion protection.
There shall be no protrusion of nuts or bolts in any part of the play area and play elements (Swing, Teeter-totter, etc.).
All nuts in the play area and its elements, except for dome-head nuts, shall have fiber inserts.
Bolt sets (nut + washer + threaded rod) shall be tightened after applying an adhesive specially produced for metals to the nut sections.
All connecting parts to be used shall be made of materials unaffected by water, moisture, and similar external factors (galvanized coated, geomet coated, fiber inserted, etc.). No further treatment shall be applied after galvanization or geomet coating.
All metal materials shall be single-piece and flawless. Pipes with seam marks on the surface shall not be used in manufacturing. The length of the pipes shall not be extended by joining, welding, or similar processes.
The end sections of the support pipes shall be closed with colored plastic caps, shaped by injection molding in a detailed hemispherical form to prevent snagging, with a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm, in accordance with TS EN 1176-1 standard. The plastic caps shall be fixed with rivets or self-tapping screws.
Step Specifications: The seating area shall be at least 115x115 cm or 1.32 m². Steps shall be manufactured from perforated sheet metal in a single piece and shall not flex. Step width shall be between 14 cm and 25 cm, and height between 11 cm and 23 cm. The step length shall be between 60 cm and 90 cm.
Railing Specifications: Shall be manufactured from round cross-section material; grip parts shall be Ø 27 mm pipe, and other parts shall be Ø 21 mm pipe. The railing height shall be between 60 cm and 85 cm. Vertical bar spacing shall be less than 89 mm to prevent climbing.
The railings shall be fixed with bolted connections and shall not loosen or wobble.
All polyethylene elements (Platforms, Panels, Figures) shall be manufactured in a single piece, colored throughout, and UV resistant.
Panels shall require a minimum weight of 10 kg and a wall thickness of 4-6 mm. Figures (Palm Tree, Squirrel, etc.) shall have a robust structure and meet the specified minimum weights.
Motifs, holes, and connection points on the panels must be opened before assembly; drilling holes afterward is strictly prohibited. Hole diameters shall not exceed 89 mm.
Polyethylene roofs shall be single-piece and feature thematic patterns.
Roofs shall be mounted directly to the support structure using bolted connections; no additional mounting apparatus shall be used.
After sandblasting, a Teflon coating process shall be applied for surface gloss and corrosion resistance.
The total weight of the roofs shall be a minimum of 25 kg.
The H100 Straight Slide shall weigh a minimum of 25 kg, H150 Straight Slide a minimum of 33 kg, and H150 Helical Slide a minimum of 45 kg, manufactured from double-walled polyethylene material.
The exit length of the slide shall be a minimum of 50 cm.
The slide surface shall not have any roughness, sharp edges, or protrusions that could cause injury upon manual contact.
The railings shall be manufactured from Ø 27x2.5 mm round cross-section pipes according to the dimensions in the technical drawing.
Vertical bar spacing shall be a maximum of 89 mm, consistent with TS EN 1176-1 standard. Vertical bars shall be mounted using gas metal arc welding from Ø 21x1.5 mm pipes.
Assembly shall be securely done onto the tower pipes using 114 injection clamps and by insertion method into the polyethylene barrier housings.
The polyethylene barriers on top of the railing shall be manufactured from material compliant with the TS EN 1176 standard.
Bolt heads and nuts shall be designed to be completely concealed within the plastic product.
SANDBLASTING before electrostatic powder coating is mandatory for all metal parts. Sandblasting shall be performed immediately after application to relieve stress in welded areas and ensure good paint adhesion. Sandblasting reduces the risk of corrosion on the metal surface, extending product life.
Welding operations shall be performed using gas metal arc welding. Weld seams shall provide continuity and not compromise material integrity.
All metal components (including 2.00, 2.70, 3.00 main supports) shall be manufactured as a single piece and flawless. Extension or joining by welding is strictly prohibited.
All metal surfaces shall be coated with electrostatic powder paint after the sandblasting process.
